Expanding Horizons: Doctoral Researchers at Oxford

Our doctoral researchers Jelena Bratulić and Julia Hindel have taken part in a six-month research visit at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom.

Jelena joined the Visual Geometry Group (VGG), working on training dynamics and applications of in-context learning. One of her goals is to understand how AI models generalize and what their working mechanisms are.

Julia was hosted by the Oxford Robotics Institute (ORI), focusing her work on unsupervised coreset estimation, radar segmentation, and efficient foundation model fusion adapters.

During their stay, they’ve gained invaluable insights and built connections that open exciting opportunities for future collaborations.

We are happy for the positive impact that this exchange has had on our doctoral researchers and look forward to the new perspectives it’ll bring to their line of research.
