On June 5, we hosted an Informal Equity & Diversity Networking meeting, where SmallData members had the chance to gather over coffee or tea for exchanging related ideas and experiences. This session focused specifically on the topic of living and working internationally.
Participants shared not only insights into their current work projects but also personal stories about their journeys to Germany as internationals. We discussed common challenges such as language barriers and navigating bureaucracy, and exchanged practical tips for overcoming these obstacles.
We are looking forward to building on these discussions in future sessions, and to continuing to create spaces where our diverse community can connect, share and grow together.
